Laughed at me for asking how clicks club card works

I am so humiliated by clicks cashier today . Being in customer service iam fully educated on my products iam new to clicks club card and i asked for some information on this product not one of the staff can explain to me how the clicks clib card works . I asked questions and your cashier decides to laugh at me i actually made a performance cause the entire team laughed please check your footage . This is a very bad service for your store not one is educated on your products . And than they laugh at the client while iam walking out he has a statement we walk ins is that why we get treated like this . Yet we the walk in revenue . I will not tolerate this .iam very humilated and to know that not one knows your product . This is sad let alone the service waiting in the line for several mins . Please ask you two managers who the guy is that laughed like iam a fool .
