I have been severely victimized by Telkom how called mall security to remove me from the mall. Mr. Mavodce security Supervisor was the first respondent and promptly asked Telkom staff what the problem was. He approached me and asked me if he can help solve the problem and I explained. He then asked the staff if they can't help but they refused . He escorted me to Telkom express and he explained my problem to the manager how helped by sending a request . By this time he found my a place to sit and repeatedly asked if I am alright and incurred my problem was resolved.
