Going the Extra Mile

I recently took part in the Clearwater Mall 5km walk and 10km race, organizing was not executed well so i did not manage to receive my medal and goody bad upon completing the 10km race on time. <br> <br> I contacted the mall management and dealt with Cecile Braun, who very promptly and efficiently saw to it that i receive my entire goody bag with medal in good order with a great attitude.<br> We need more people like this in work places and her attitude is something we can all learn from.<br> Thank you
