Game Clearwater Unpleasant experience

Am extremely appoled by the service I got from this store more especially by the product I bought from the shop, I've been a loyal client to both Game and Albany bread products for many years to my surprise the bread for that day which I picked up on the shelves had mould and a funny smell, which I reported and the stuff acted like it was normal, my biggest concern is how many people who are like me who trust Albany picked up the same bread without looking, what if someone gets sick, or God forbid die from an infection caused by the mould? Am only fearing for my children and their health I did buy the bread a couple of times and never checked. I thought the game stuff would be apologetic and get to the shelves to check if there was more of the same bread they didn't, the only reaction from Gugu the store manager was very cold and not pleasent at all. In her words (sorry please sign here for your credit) with horrible attitude. I have taken pictures of the bread and I am going to escalate this matter with Albany company on how is their product sold at game store. I need feedback as soon as possible, My contact number ***
