GAME CLEARWATER HORRIBLE TERRIBLE

Their policy is if after 21 days your item is not repaired and given back to you, you will get a refund on that item. I purchased a printer in April 2023, July 5th 2023 I took it to the store where I purchased the printer Game Clearwater, the printer was giving problems, today is August 8th 2023 still no printer and no refund. They are now saying I don't have the proper slip and giving me the customer the run around. Involving me the client about their internal issues. Game Clearwater has no sense of customer service.
