Faulty products that they don't want to exchange
I upgraded my contract yesterday to the samsung S 22 + a Galaxy Watch4. When I got home, I experienced problems with the watch. I went back to Vadcom to see if the technician could assist me. After she checked the device today , it was evident that the watch was faulty. I asked if it could be exchanged, but due to the open box policy that I was not informed of , they had to send it in to be checked. They told me it would take 14 day and if they find a problem in that 14 days then they would exchange the watch. But this is unacceptable. I had the product for a few hours, and it did not want to work . I have to wait 14 days for a product that I and they know are faulty. In the end, it costs me more because I have to drive up and down for something that they should have checked before given to me. It was also evident that the consultant did not understand the product and that there was no one else who could assist him. You pay a lot of money for these contracts, but when the product that you only had for a day does not work, it becomes your problem. I tried to contact them again after I was at the shop today to get the managers number but the phone just kept on ringing and at the end I still have the faulty watch and no assistance because I am not wating 14 days for them to dubble check something that is broken and then for them so send it back to me. I don't want a product that is already a problem because once it gives problems, how long before I have to fix it again? What these people don't understand is that money does not grow on trees, and in the end, it costs me more. This is unacceptable, and I expect better service because I pay a lot of many money for it.
