Disgusted eith miladys service

Ordered online. Store sent incorrect items. Sent 3 emails. No response. Callled call centre, put on hold for 11 minutes, then got cut off, then got told i.must return it at a store as it will be better for me. If they collect i will be charged even if clearwater store made mistake... I tried this morning and the consultant cut the call after 5 seconds....did she not want to work on a sunday??? Clearwater miladys NEVER answer phones...been trying for one week now. Also still waiting for actual invoice. MILADYS IS DISSAPOINTINGLY SAD AS AN ONLINE OPTION!!! DISGUSTED WITH SERVICES
