Dirty food court area

Going Christmas shopping in and around the food court area where the Spur is was an awful experience. People were behaving like hooligans and the area was a mess. Surely if people cannot behave or throw their ******* into a dustbin they should be requested to leave the premises. I will think twice before going to the establishment again. I cannot stand filth and unruly behaviour. The premises should be kept clean at all times or those who cannot behave should be asked to leave. What an unpleasant experience
