Clicks Clearwater staff obnoxious, ***********, lacking knowledge

What happened to the Customer being right.??? Today Wednesday 22/12/2021 I went to buy a product advertised on T, V. by clicks. Clicks effervescent granules 120g two for R120. I bought 2 bottles from Blueberry shopping centre clicks where it was marked at R83.99 each. The supervisor had to be called to adjust the price. There were only 2 bottles in stock. I needed 4 bottles more and went to Clearwater Clicks where they didn't know of the promotion and would not give me the T.V. advertised price. I spoke to cashier Tommy and 3h30 in the afternoon the manager Patience was not around. I showed my Blueberry clicks slip but they would not budge. After 30 MINUTES I left in frustration The staff were all unfriendly and totally lacking in customer care
