Clearwater mall - Poor security management service

I lost my wallet at Clearwater mall. I went to report at the security management center right in the mall. The security management team are not helpful at all. I asked for footage from the last store I used my wallet and he simply said that they can't assist because his staff is busy. I asked if they can let me in so I can identify myself at the camera since they are busy but they still refused. My bank cards , driver's license etc is inside the purse buy they just didn't care to at least try and look into the footage.
