Car@wash waterless car wash

There’s a waterless car wash company at Clearwater mall. The employees shirts are written car@wash. I had my car washed by them on Saturday 05/09/2020. Their products scratched off car my paint. I told the owner and showed him where my paint was scratched off. His response was that I’m only complaining because I don’t want to pay. He claimed that he’s never had a complaint and so my complaint is invalid. He also took a picture of number plate, saying he’s going to pre-empt my complaint and counter attack. To say I was livid is an understatement.
