BEWARE OF CLEARWATER MALL SECURITY & MANAGEMENT

My son went to the bank at Clearwater Mall he was approached by the car wash people (the more he said no thanks, they still continued harassing him. It is as if they want to distract you.(1) received footage of theft (2) Security did not offer to do a incident report with my son and his boss but yet claim my son did one ?? (3) Was promised that I would be sent a Insurance form to complete but then later was told that's not how it works (4) Went to Management office myself on Friday the 2nd to fetch the claim form and footage. (5) I was upset because he told me that he did not say he would send me an Insurance claim form and also that the footage shows that my son did not lock his car. (6) I wanted to record our conversation because the stories change all the time but Rudi Oosthuizen refused and walked away. (7) Looked at footage with 5 witnesses and they all examined it and the amazing thing is that you cannot see anybody else locking there car (no lights are visible). (8) Insurers lodged and rejected claim within Friday afternoon . They will not give me the exact reason. Management (Vicky Denyschen) said I must speak to the Insurers as they are not allowed to get involved.
