Bad service at Foschini Clearwater mall

Went to foschini Clearwater to exchange a skirt and I yold tye lady I wore ot once and didnt like hoe or sits on me and wanted an excahnge and she asked if I work at a store and how would I feel if i brought the same thing back and she went on and on like its her store. She told me on how I was suppose to go back to the foschini that I bought the item at. I won't know how the store works but thats a ****tu service a company thats been around for long and the other day I went there to ask about something still got a ****ty service from the staff there but if it was a white person they would have gladly exchanged the items with a smile. I need to know what to do next. So disappointed at TFG
