BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

i called to Oder medication to be delivered twice already from DISCHERM CLEAR WATER MALL. and they tell me they can't help me i must download an app the request from there. so, they lack customer service and now mi sick I need for meds to be delivered but they can't, and they do deliver but today and that other time they couldn't why i have no idea very bad customer service.
