Appalling customer service.

I came into the store rushing for work i found a cashier who gave me attitude when asking to use the self service machine and asked for help ...ordered then i had to wait 15 minutes for a latte and a short of hazel nut they blantrntly gave someone else that i had ordered before them they order and left me waiting the ladies name is lerato she compromised my job im late for work because of her and thre was just no sense of urgency maybe it was because of the colour of my skin i need her to be reprimanded because i feel this will recurr if nit stopped i am appalled and if this is what we get for customer service because of the colour of my skin its nonsense. I was not given any stirrer for my latte nothing no sugars nothing she just gave it to me like that i will never recommend anyone to come to this macdonalds. Manager refused to give me the stores email address i stood for another 30 minutes with no help.
