Unprofessional, ********* and *********

Clearviz design now also known by Clearviz Architecture (saw this on google with the same address as clearviz design) has treated me in the same manner if not worse as they treated Fikile who posted a review a couple of years ago here on peter. Kgaogelo Mashego **** about submitting plans to the CoJ, the so called stage 4.1. he is referring to in his reply to Fikile's review. Then him and and Project manager his wife Priscilla Mashego sent us a building project plan with payment schedule as agreed between us. However they led us to believe that the architectural building plans were submitted for approval with the CoJ and therefore waiting for approval so we can pay in the installments amount for material etc towards the building project. We paid R70 000. Then the story about CoJ taking long started, I am saying story because he did not submit the plans at all. So in our opinion, they led us believe the plans were submitted so that we pay in the money towards building (we unfortunately decided to use him as the builder as well, I trusted the guy, I considered him a friend, I mean he has been to my house with his family, we ate it was fun, I have known him for years and have used his architectural services before). Since the story about CoJ taking long like 5 months to approve plans, I then requested the building money back as we can employ it better than sitting in Clearviz account. Then a stories about the money being paid a supplier started, then supplier can't pay story due to year end till today. We manage to recoup most of the 70 000 only because we involved our lawyers in the matter, that is when Mr Kgaogelo Mashego took the matter seriously. However now he is giving us the run around for the last payment of almost R15 000 which he promised to pay in Dec 2019. In Jan 2020 he made another promise to pay on the 15th Feb he has not paid and he has not even communicated why he is not paying.
