********, unprofessional, ***** and ********
Clearviz design/ Architect has treated me worse than phakama. We hired them first for architecture services the plan and process was superb until the plan had to be submitted on January 2019 to Council, same as Fikile is not In their hands. In April I contacted them for the progress but Priscilla Mashego told us convincing lies that the people at the council are on leave due to long weekends, then in May she said the election and she even called me and said let's fast and pray for the speed up process, meanwhile she is pushing for us to pay building money in the meantime, but I refused and told her that I need the plan. Then June I decided to go to CoJ and check, my my the plan was not submitted and when I tell them they keep on blaming CoJ and we know the stigma around municipal we had to believe them, I went there atleast 3 times before on the 1st July the plan was submitted, the day we planned to start building our house. A month our houseplan was approved and ready even then I had to go and collect myself. But the biggest mistake we made was to hire them as the project manager for our house. They broke the project in 4 phases. They started in September 6th promising us to complete the house by December 2019 verbally, hence we were pumping money as they needed R*** in total but in phases, first 2 phase foundation to roof level went smooth with a follow up project meeting. Then phase 3 and 4 the finishes due to rain there was delay then we were supposed to resume 2020 January, they started telling stories. The project that was meant to be complete by 3rd February contractually to this day it is incomplete, we leaving in a house that has no certificate of occupation and the money was paid in full. They first blamed the contractor, then they blamed us. January when I confronted Priscilla Mashego she told me a mouthful of how they saved me on concrete and other things, February I spoke to her again and she was grieving her son. That left us no choice but to get contractor to do what we can and they since abandoned the project.
