Not trustworthy and bad service delivery
<p>We met up with Kgaogelo Mashego an architecture from Cleaviz Design in March 2015 briefed him as to what it is that we want. He was quite active at first before we started paying the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and the last invoice. All his money (R 25, 000.00) was paid as per the set out deliverables he set out on the invoice but he hasnt done his part of giving us the approved drawings till date. All he does is hide and seek now. We call and email to no luck. Only when we call using different numbers he picks up and make endless promises. We even opted for the route of lodging a complaint with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession who mentioned that they have received countless complaints about him and he has been found guilty for mis-conduct but they not in a stage of suspending his trading licence till they get enough complaints. Am not sure how many is enough complaints for him to be suspended so guys please whoever is in the same predicament as mine by Kgaogelo Mashego lets lodge complaints until someone hears our cry. All I want is our money so that we can go to someone who is able to give us what we want.</p>

We understand your frustrations as stage 4.1 is when the plans are submitted to the municipality for approval. We have and continue to engage with the relevant authorities to have the plans approved as soon as possible. As per our last communication with your spouse believe we are finally at the last stage to have the drawings signed off.
On the other hand please note that this is the one stage of the process we do not have full control over hence the first three stages were smooth as everything was only between us and you as the client.
We hope to resolve this urgently.
