Good day I received a bad service from this company, they used a false marketing system on me, they didn't deliver what they advertised on the day of the appointment. The person who was helping me told me that to diagnose and reprogram a car to start locking it's R600. Today when I went there I was **** to, he diagnosed my car and told me that I must pay him R700 for diagnosing the car only and that I have to pay R4500 for the reprogram. I told him that this is not what we agreed on, however, he started fighting me and took my car keys, I went to the police station but did not get any help because I was told there are no police vans, so I had to go back there because I realized that time was not on my side, those were going to close the shop with my car inside. I went back and because I was alone and they took my car keys, I paid the R700 for nothing. My car it's still the same but they made me believe that R600 was for diagnosing and reprogramming the car to lock manually and automatically. I am so disappointed at this company and wish no one get to experience what I experienced. Helo peter kindly assist me to get back my money or at least half of what i paid for because no proper service was offered. 😭😭😞😞😣😣
