Request for a refund

Im Nkululeko Nsindane from Pietermaritzburg.. I am having a problem with this shop called Clearence warehouse... Here is my story, last year February 8 i made a lay-bye for a set of couches valued at R12900.. I paid R6900, followed by R1000 installments montly untill i finished in July 2022. Till today i have not received my couches. Yesterday i drove to Springfield to make enquiries and refund, i was told the business has been handed over Business Rescue and i need to wait for their call. I was so furious and angry but didnt wanna let emotions to control me. Please assist me to be refunded the total amount i paid to Clearence warehouse in Springfield in Durban.
