xtreme professional negligence and lack of communication – SACE application failed

I am writing this to warn other educators about the service (or lack thereof) provided by ClearCrim. I hired them to assist with my SACE registration, a process critical to my livelihood, and the experience has been a complete disaster due to their negligence.

Despite paying for professional assistance, my application has now failed because of a total lack of communication. I reached out immediately upon receiving an urgent update from SACE, yet I was ignored for 14 days across multiple WhatsApp messages and emails.

By the time I finally received a response from ClearCrim, I was left with only 6 days to fulfill complex additional requirements—a timeline that is physically impossible to meet. These requirements should have been identified by a professional service at the very start of the process, but they were instead ignored until it was too late.

Because of this unprofessionalism and the 14-day delay, I have lost my application fee. If you are a teacher looking for reliable help with your registration, stay far away from this service. They have been unresponsive, disorganised, and have not provided the expert guidance they charge for.
