My experience with the lady from ClearCrim was terrible

My experience with the lady from ClearCrim was terrible. She was friendly and eager to help at first. But once she received payment and my documents, she stopped responding. I had to email and text multiple times just to make sure that she has everything she needs from me. When I wanted my SAPS enquiry number a few days later, I got no response. I had to call her a week later to get an answer, and she still didn’t send the number. When my police clearance certificate came days later, I told her to just email it to me and that I would complete my own SACE registration (even though I paid them to do it). She did not send it when she said she would even though she knows how urgent it is. I do not recommend this company. Unless you have the time to wait and to constantly chase after them, and the patience to not understand what is happening with your application.
