Refund Dispute(they are not trustworthy)

ClearCo consulted called me to remove me from debt review(Xolani), He advice me to go to the bank and make a stop order of a thousand rand for every month, and i went and i did that. I did not sign any of their documents that i agree to proceed with them Hence i told (Xolani) that i dont want their assistance anymore. January 25th that stop order went through from my account, I called them again on the 28th of January I spoke to Darrell and he advised me that ill be refunded with in two weeks but that 2 weeks past. When i tried calling them back there where not answering my calls anymore when the lady from reception answers after i called several times she gives me excuses. Then on the 26th Feb I called i was promised that ill get my refund at the end of Feb but nothing as yet i tried calling them this morning but no one is keen to answer my calls. Please i advice all consumers not to do business with this company from Unit 304| Tygerberg Sentrum Bellville| 7530 They are Unprofessional they even fail to call you back after receiving so many miss calls from you.
