RUFUND

On the 16th of August 2022 I bought the dinning suit online, after paying for it the next day they contacted myself, the consultant told me that they don't have stock therefore they would only be able to deliver withing 5weeks. During that 5weeks I made a follow ups but I could not get a straight answer about the delivery. I request to speak to the manager but they did not allow me. After 5week I requested for a refund because they could not adhere to their commintment, still they told me that their refund take about 14 working days, After the 14days am still waiting for my money, till today I have not yet received my refund , everytime when I ask about it they say I should leave my number they will call me back Made several follow up to enquire but am not getting any assistance thus far.
