Zero Stars if that was an option. Pathetic!

Visited CW Boksburg on the 28 of November 2021. Bought a "new" lounge suite, which was delivered on the 23rd of December 2021. 5 days later, on the 28th of December, heard a crack when sitting on the couch and upon further inspection, discovered that there was structural damage. The nails or whatever cheap material was used, holding the wood together, had caused the wooden structure to fall apart! AFTER JUST FIVE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!Called the store to lay a complaint on the 28th. Sent pictures of the damage as requested on the same day. No acknowledgement of receipt or update received. Went to the store personally on the 2nd of Jan 2022, just to to be told the complaint will be handled on Monday the 3rd. No calls received from CW on Monday. We had to call THEM. Just to be told the complaint will be handled between 4 to 7 working days! I would not recommend purchasing any couches from these people. The furniture may look all beautiful and luxurious from the outside, but the quality thereof leaves alot to be desired! And you will unfortunately only realise that AFTER parting with your hard earned money. Because once they have the money, it seems that they just could not give a F#$K! As of now, absolutely NO feedback given. We will not be leaving this matter. CW WILL fix the damaged couch or replace it with a NEW one. This matter will not be left unresolved.
