Worst Service. No communication

Worst service I have ever received. I ordered a couch at the end of November 2022, it is now almost the end of February 2023 and I have still not received it. Everytime I call in I get told that someone will get back to me and no one ever does. I have even tried calling customer care but I don't get any answers from them either. No one seems to have any answers and no one seems to care. I even tried going through to the store so i could try speak to a manager but i was told there is no manager as he resigned. I will never ever buy anything from Clearance warehouse ever again. I want my couch!!!!!
