Worst service experienced

The worst customer service ever experienced I bought couches from them and there was an issue ever since they delivered I sent numerous mails they don't respond the store always has excuses or they don't even answer, their customer service is absolutely pathetic they don't care for their customers as long as they have done the sale and got the money it's being more than a month now that I have being trying to get some assistance unfortunately nothing and no one is able or willing to assist they make promises and can't keep to them... I will never purchase from this place again and neither will I suggest that anyone buys from them absolutely terrible service!!
