Worst service ever!

If they talk about business that is not consumer centric ,this is the one!cant keep the promise,I have complained and they communicated that I will get my order in 4 weeks as the supplier had issues with stock. The 4 weeks had past and I was just told wait another 4 weeks.what is really frustrating is that they don’t call but I call to ask.it had been 4full months.when I ask for my refund I was told it takes another 14 days. Why do I have to wait for my money for that long if it’s them who had made me wait 4full months.this is my second review about the same order.am tired
