Worst service ever!!!!!

End of Jan 23 I paid in full a beautiful couch I saw at the Boksburg branch. I waited 6 weeks, did a follow up and was told that they are enquiring about the order. No communication from their side at all. 2 weeks later, same thing. I have now requested a refund of my money. No where in the terms and conditions does it say it takes 30 days for a refund. Clearance warehouse doesn’t realise that it’s people’s hard earned money that they are playing with. I will lay a charge of theft and ***** against the company and rain down fire on the Midrand HQ if my issue is not sorted out. The CPA will also get involved. They truely have beautiful furniture in their stores, yet what I can’t understand is why do so much marketing and ‘sales’ to get customers to buy their goods, if they cannot deliver on time. Every customer has a right to receive their items/services they paid for, but this is not happening.

I am appalled, shocked and angry by the incompetence of the company. I hope you get you **** in order and stop ******** people out if their money. Please also don’t send a response on this review clearance warehouse, I am pretty sure there is a robot sitting behind the computer sending the same response to every customer telling them they will sort out the issue, but in actual fact you won’t.
