Worst service ever

I'm so disappointed with the service that I'm getting at clearence warehouse africa in randburg I paid off my laybye when I want to make the collection they giving me a run around they don't even have a customer service department their laybye departments number doesn't work and when I look at the comments here on Hello Peter it is a norm for them to treat us customers like this this is disgusting for a business to treat customers like this when their associates in store call their laybye department they tell them they will get back to them and never do people are complaining here on hello Peter that even after 2 months of canceling laybyes because they don't fulfill orders they haven't got their money disappointing I left the store without being assisted receptionist told me she doesn't know how she will help me cause I've been calling and calling and she is not getting the help to assist me as well from the laybye departm
