Worst Service EVER

I have never been so disappointed in my life.... EVER, I came to the Newton branch and I was assisted by Maria and Thabiso to lay bye a couch. The price of the couch was not presented so when we asked the price, we were told that it's R6500, but when we got to the counter it's R6900, which I was ok with that. I told the consultant when I would need the couch, which was the first week of Jan., he then proceeded to tell me that it would be available at that time. Today I'm here to make final payment, then I'm told I have to wait for 2-3weeks...... I request to speak to the manager Travor who was so rude and and didn't not even attempt to try a solution that would work for both of us. I find it very frustrating that now they telling me that I was supposed to discard what the consultants told us and read the Ts&Cs. It's an inconvenience to me because I could have bought the couch elsewhere a long time ago.
