Worst Service
I bought a couch on 21st October 2022 at the Centurion branch and I'm still waiting for delivery! Every time I phone to follow up, I am passed on to different people. Promises are made and never kept - no return calls are made as promised. Worst customer service ever. At this stage, I just want my money back and will go somewhere else where the client is treated better.

I have just received a call from the Centurion branch, stating that my grey couch has never been ordered/made and the alternative is a brown or beige couch!?! How can it not have been ordered when I have been following up weekly for the last 3 weeks, surely someone with a brain cell should have checked the order? I am now cancelling the order and want a full refund and I am not prepared to wait the 30 days for the refund. I want it in 24 hours! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
