Worst furniture shop ever

I did a laybye for bed and couches when I had to collect they told me they don't have the couches anymore and I must give them 30 days to refund my money,while it's not even written on the contract,I waited ,when it was time to get the bed I was also told the same thing now I'm even struggling to get my money back I can't even afford to buy another bed I'm still waiting for my money ,they don't respect their customers,always have stories I will never advise anyone to buy there
