Worst experience of my life!

Shoo worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the people at the call Center especially a lady called Zelda to the owners wife Bernadette how can you tell a customer is speaking ******* and shout at a customer for asking a questions about your refund policy??? They have take more than a month to deliver a bed. And when questioned they say they are attacked I paid my hard earned money and you disregard me like trash! Then when expecting to receive a refund you must sit in the dark about t and cs that are never explained to you and be called a ****! Your delivery policy sucks too tell me to expect deliver of a couch one day then when I have to call and follow up you say it’s not even scheduled!!! Bs service bs company!
