Worst experience ever

We purchased Amsterdam lounge suite on the 26 November 2022 at Newtown junction branch, the guy who assisted goes by the name of Petrus, we were told delivery will take place on the 28 or 29 November which was during the week, on the 29 we called to find out what time will they deliver only to be told there is no stock we should wait for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks we called again and they gave us another week , when we ask for a refund we were told about 30 days refund policy mind you it’s their problem that they sold us out of stock product, the manager promised us we will get our suite first week of January, even today we still waiting , its now 7 weeks
