WORST CUSTOMER Service

If there was a 0 rating I would give exactly that because that’s what they deserve....I am sooo disappointed by the terrible service My husband and I received from @ClearancewarehouseAfrica , at the Boksburg branch , we put in a deposit for couches on the 16th of August 2020 , we paid the full balance including the delivery fee on the 10th of September 2020 and we were told it would take 14 working days to receive the couches, it is the 27th of October today and we have still not received our couches , we don’t owe these people a cent , every time we call to follow up we are told different stories, sent from pillar to post , we spoke to Sue-Anne who assured us that once we’ve paid the full balance it will ONLY take 10-14 working days however they were just selling us dreams , when I requested to speak to the manager at the Boksburg branch that guy was RUDE to the core he even hung up on me while talking to him, they keep telling me about not receiving stock from the warehouse and they don’t have an ETA , I mean what ******* is that, the level of professionalism is terrible. Today AGAIN I was told about the 14 working days period after making several calls to them with no clear answer . I have dealt with furniture stores before and I must say this is the WORST service I have received. I’m really disgusted by the level of professionalism that they give to their customers I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
