WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have no words for the customer service from this company, except PATHETIC! I am in absolute disgust from having liaising with them, and now regret purchasing. From the online to the store, to the call center - all useless. They have complete ignorance, and no regards for their customers. I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone! What I thought would be a good idea - turned out to be the worst! They do not respond to emails/calls or whatsapps.
