Worst company

I have never worked with a company like this ever before. I purchased a 3x 2 seater oxford lounge suit on the 24 September at the Durban branch and was told it should take 4-6 weeks to arrive by a manager named Louis. A week before the 6 weeks were up i called to find out the exact date of delivery and the progress of my order only to be told its not ready and they would call me back. I never received any feedback and felt like i am being ****med. I decided to visit the branch and was then told by Kiasha that they are having problems with the Oxford lounge sets. I then asked for a refund of my money only to be told it takes 30 days. I have stressed that i am not prepared to wait 30 days for a refund on a product i have never received. I have called the manager Veloshni only to be tokd they would call me back...im still waiting for that call. The customer service number just rings. The service is appaling and seems i have to take the legal route in this matter.
