Worse store to buy from

Ordered a bed and couch in October and was told it will take close to 6 weeks or less. Till this day no delivery and no explanation. Customer care is useless they say they will call you back they never actually do. I called the store again and they said my things will be delivered next year beginning of February 😡 I asked for a refund and they say it takes 30 days
