Worse service ever

Worse service ever. Bought a couch online at the beginning of October. I am still waiting for the delivery of the coach. I keep being told that a truck will be sent to deliver the coach, yet it has not happened. The only option I am left with is to sue for the return of my money. Whatever you do, don't buy from them online. You can take your chances at a physical store. Maybe they would offer a better service there.
