Worse / perthitic service ever

Worse service ever , I bought a table at their Boksburg branch only to wait for two weeks with not delivery. When I went to their shop they kept on sending me from pillar to post. I subsequently requested for a refund and 3 weeks later when I follow up they keep telling me their contact center will call me , if by end of business today I still do not have my money I am going to small claims court tomorrow to have them served with summonds I cannot deal anymore (INV45225).
