Worse company ever!!!!! Worst Customer experience

This company is beyond pathetic, literally have no customer appreciation. Bought a louge suit last year November was told it will be delivered by the 1st week in January, I waited and was patient, then was told they still have a delay at February. Requested for a refund on the 8th of February was told it will take 21 working days, phone a lot during the time, then phoned again on Friday 2th spoke to Crosby who could only tell me he has no info it is with the finance department. Asked to speak to a manager apparently managers and the finance department do not liaise with customers, it's over 21 days and still no feedback on payment, literally took my savings out of me and now I'm stranded what kind of company behaves like this. This is not the way to treat customers when the sale was made the money was taken gladly now time to pay because they cannot provide a simple service it's An issue please pay my money back MY Money NOT Clearance warehouse money, please advise if this should be taken to court as this is beyond ridiculous and I am starting to stress if my money will every be paid back what should be done for a company like. Will never refer anyone to this place worse service ever.
