What can we do next to get our refunds from these ****mers

I think Clearance Warehouse is an online ****, so many people are writing bad reviews on Hellopeter but the company is doing nothing about it. I bought a couch online and paid immediately, when I went to try and collect at the Newtown branch the shop was closed down, I have been asking for my refund since March and Noone seems to know how or when I'll get the refund.
