What a JOKE!!!

Will not EVER recommend anyone from buying anything from Clearance Warehouse Boksburg!!!!!

I ordered a wing-back chair in November 2021. OBVIOUSLY they required payment immediately... and then was told I had to wait 18 working days as chair needed to be ordered.

I waited the 18 days and chair was still not there. Had to wait another week and I was unable to collect as per original arrangement and asked if chair can be delivered.

This was such a big issue that I eventually said that I will come and collect. But due to it being mid December and going on holiday, I was unable to collect.

My husband went to the Boksburg Branch on 19 January 2022 to go and collect the chair as the branch phoned twice to find out when I will come and collect. Just to get there and find out that the chair I have ordered and paid for is nowhere to be found or seen. I had to settle for a different chair and had to pay for delivery as the chair did not fit in vehicle.

We had arranged for delivery to take place on either 20 or 21 January, they agreed to that. We phoned this morning to confirm and they had forgotten about the delivery.

Got a call to confirm delivery only for Saturday - this is unacceptable as they cannot confirm a time so we have to sit and wait the whole of Saturday (while we have loads of stuff to do) for a chair (not even the one I wanted).

This service has been appalling and I will NEVER EVER use them and I will make sure by word of mouth that no one uses them!!!!!
