Very bad service,no delivery

Bought patio furniture online.I was informed the delivery would be delayed for 25 days.40 days later and now delivery I enquired about what was going on.They apologized and said ghey are still awaiting stock.....53 days later....now they are not answering the what's app massages nor responding to emails....I am being ignored and the furniture is fully paid for.....not the service I was expecting.....
