Very bad service for INV10103

Very bad service. The staff are a bunch of *****. I bought couches and a headboard from their branch in Montana on the 12th of Sept 2020.I was promised delivery of my stuff on 18 Sept 2020. I stayed home the hole day without any delivery. On 23 September I then called the store to follow up. The consultant took my details and promised to come back to me with the update and she never did. On the 24th I went to the store and spoke to one white guy who assured me my stuff ll be delivered the next day. I also stayed home the whole day waiting and as always no delivery came. On 26 Sept 2020 I called the store again and the consultant assured me that the driver will call me to deliver my staff and like always I still have not received my staff.

I feel the store is out of order and lack respect and manners. They are ***** and can't be trusted. If this is how they operate, my honest advice is that one should go somewhere else where they ll be treated with respect.
