Useless customer service!!!!

In June I put a TV stand on lay bye and in August I added couches. My last payment was in September 15th the lady who was assisting me told me that manufacturing will begin and I'll get my stuff after 14 days. I have been running around 2 months later and no delivery and absolutely no assistance. I have requested that they return my money and still their accounting office is still as useless as everyone I've dealt with. I just want my money back!!!!!
