UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

The treatment I received and still am receiving at clearance warehouse Centurion is horrible and frustrating. I bought a corner couch on 24 June 2022, the guy who assisted me (Petrus) was very friendly and patient since I took my time to really decide which couch I wanted. Since the couch is light in colour, he advised that we apply masterguard to it to protect the material. But since we urgently needed the couch, he assured us that it takes 1 to 2 days for the material to dry. However, it has been more than SEVEN days, the couch has not yet been delivered. Petrus is no longer taking my calls, and the after-care customer service has been horrible. It is as if I am dealing with a different person. Whenever I follow up, he keeps saying let me enquire I will call back and that's it, he disappears. This furniture shop has proven to me that taking somebody's money is nice but delivering is a different story. Now, I and my children are sitting on the floor in this cold weather. No couch but we paid for it. So DISSAPOINTED AND HURT!!!!!!!!!
