UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Good Day Can SOMEONE help me I need it now!!!! CLEARANCE WAREHOUSE IS THE WORSE place to purchase anything. I went and bought a L - SHAPE lounge suite at BOKSBURG BRANCH, PAID CASH BRAND NEW the lounge suite broke I was in my time of return, after sending emails requesting help and phone calls no response. after how long after speaking and fighting with the branch manager, they came to collect the stuff I was told I can get a voucher and purchase something else I did and i was told between 4- 6 weeks of delivery I WILL GET MY NEW LOUNGE SUITE I got bad communication from Grace and Layla. now they telling me i can not redeem the voucher to cash, but every time I call and ask for stuff they don't have, i called to get a estimated date and time for my furniture I'm still waiting. my husband calls no answers from both managers. i would like higher powers to get involved i would like my cash not a voucher and my furniture. MY STUFF WAS COLLECT 16 SEPTEMBER 2022. A VOUCHER THAT CANT GET U ANYTHING ITS MY BALANCE OF MY MONEY. CLEARANCE WAREHOUSE GOES ON AS IF THEY PAID ME TO BUY FUNITURE
