If there was a -1000 rating then that was what I would give Clearance Warehouse Africa...

I ordered a dining room set from Clearance Warehouse Africa and paid for it in full December 14, 2022. At first I was told that I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the set.

After 6 weeks had passed, I was told that I had to wait another month for the set. After a full month of waiting I was told I would have to wait until the end of March 2023.

We are now in April 2023 and now the business wants to refund the money I paid in full for the set but now I have to wait 2 MONTHS for the money because it takes 30 working days which then makes it 2 MONTHS for the money to be paid to me.

How can you wait almost 6 months for a set that at the end of the day is never made and then you have to wait 2 months for your money?

This is totally unacceptable.

The people of this business have no communication skills, you literally have to beg them to give you feedback in relation to any news, but when business is done they are very comfortable taking your money.

I would not advise anyone to support this business. They keep people on a line and falsely market to customers and then customers have to beg back their hard earned money paid.
